One big drop of water
fell out of the sky
Landed beside me
and started to cry

She said, "Ah, you don't know me,
won't even try
now shall I leave you lonely or drown you?"

Locked in black and white
I see you glow
Against the buildings you
stand there ten feet tall

Then you grow and you change
And the sound stays the same

Eyes in the kitchen
are dreaming again
of a place like heaven where
they're your only friend

And you say,
"Ah, you don't know me
won't even try
now shall I leave you lonely or drown you?"

Doo, doo, doo

One drop of water
laid down by my window
and slowly turned into the sky
